  1. Donations: All donations made to Shivoham Charitable Trust are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for charitable contributions unless a specific exception applies.
  2. Event Registrations: If you have registered for an event organized by Shivoham Charitable Trust and are unable to attend, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or mail) at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event.
    • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees or administrative costs incurred by Shivoham Charitable Trust.
    • Refunds may not be available for certain events or under exceptional circumstances, as determined by Shree Shivoham Charitable Trust.
  3. Other Circumstances: In rare cases where Shree Shivoham Charitable Trust determines that a refund is warranted due to extenuating circumstances or errors on our part, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and process refunds accordingly.

Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the refund request. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
